For standard environmental test chambers, we can achieve a temperature range of -70℃ to 150℃ and a humidity range of 10% to 98% RH.

Both the temperature and humidity test chamber and temperature and humidity cabinet cover an extremely wide range of testing conditions. The rapid temperature change series can achieve a heating and cooling rate of 5℃ to 25℃ per minute.

Moreover, linear or non-linear temperature control can be optionally configured according to specific requirements. Customization of the temperature and humidity test chamber and temperature and humidity cabinet is also available to meet customers' specific needs.

How Our Temperature (& Humidity) Chambers Work

Temperature Control System

  • Heating: The temperature inside the chamber is rapidly increased via electric heaters (such as resistance wires). A temperature sensor (e.g., PT100 platinum resistor) monitors the temperature in real-time and feeds the data back to a controller (such as a PID controller) to adjust the heating power.

  • Refrigeration: Mechanical compression refrigeration cycles are mostly adopted, consisting of a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator to lower the temperature inside the chamber.

  • Air Circulation: A built-in fan forces air flow to ensure uniform temperature inside the chamber and avoid local temperature differences.

Humidity Control System

  • Humidification

  • Steam humidification: Water is heated electrically to generate steam, which is directly injected into the chamber (fast but high in energy consumption). A self-developed humidification bucket is used.
