The industrial oven features a wide temperature range design, covering from room temperature up to 200℃ or even higher, which meets the high-temperature requirements of special industries such as electronics, chemical engineering, and materials. In terms of temperature control, it adopts uniform temperature control, equipped with an air duct circulation system and fan design to ensure the temperature uniformity inside the oven (with a deviation of ±1℃ to ±2℃), thus avoiding local overheating that may affect the products.

How Our Industrial Oven Works

Heat Source: The industrial oven provides heat through electric heating elements (resistance wires), gas (natural gas, liquefied gas), steam, or heat-conducting oil. Electric heating is the most common method, which converts electrical energy into thermal energy. Similarly, a temperature and humidity test chamber may use electric heating elements to control the internal environment precisely.

Temperature Control: The temperature control system (such as a PID controller) monitors the internal temperature in real-time and maintains the set temperature by adjusting the power of heating elements or gas flow, with an accuracy of ±1°C.
